I never tried to start it. It has a Clinton motor on it. Probably not correct. The brakes do work. $275 and u can can take it apart at my house or I can meet in Long Island. I frequent Babylon and Riverhead

Stopping is overrated.. It does have a front brake, though... I'll give you the foot brake I broke while removing, cuz I'm a ham handed 'tard. If that helps... The money he makes off me for the guard and foot brake should enable him to sell you the roller for much less. I am prepared to over pay for these items like a goon!
