I recently re-inherited these 2 bikes that were left abandoned from my childhood. (They predate me by a few decades) We began the restoration process when I was a child, but didn't get very far. Now I'm looking to complete them. Through my search I thought the small one was a Ruttman, but based on the closed loop frame it's more likely a Lil Indian. The bigger bike I have no information on and my searches haven't come up with anything. I'm hoping someone here may be familiar with it.
