7" Torque converter cover

Yeah, it's not a Comet brand but it's an asymetrical with a 7" driven and I need a cover. I'm probably going to end up just making one I'm just not exactly sure how yet.

I used a TAV30 cover from BMI (when I bought mine a few years ago they were only 15 bucks) and cut out the bottom rear plastic to accomidate the larger rear driven. It worked pretty good as the plastic is pretty strong and has not broke yet with only 3 mounting points left after cutting.

I also painted my cover white and also painted the outer rear driven pulley white so when it sticks out the bottom it is less noticable.

i will take a pic of mine in a few.
aluminum sheet from an old sign, burnished with wire wheel, beveled edges. will finish it with a dimpled monogram of the bikes name, embedded with same color paint as frame, after it proves worthy.

i took it down the block before it added this and got the scab to prove it. this one will stay on.
