Unique, was this done by the same Bonanza as the minibikes?

It been on Craigslist for over a year. The guy must have a ton of time and the ability to say the word no 1,000,000,000 times. If it would have been at $2-300 I may have thought about making the drive. But probably not. Looks like a great resource for parts at least. I have been keeping my eye out for one in better shape.
