A W1 Cast Iron Head

#1
I thought the Briggs guys would like to see what I picked up last weekend at an estate sale for a whopping $15 dollars. The engine is pre war and built from 1938-40. It had been parked in a garage for 30 plus years. I found out why, the spark plug wire had worn through where it went through the case and grounded out. New wire, oil change and oil in the right spots, and a pull on the handle and she cranked right up with a real nice lope. Best running B&S I think I have ever had.
