Long time since an update...

Since the last posts, I finished the driveline and brake setups. I went ahead with the 60T rear sprocket with #35 chain, and it clears just fine, with room to spare! Also, the ratio isn’t too bad. It takes off a tiny bit slower than ideal, but not unreasonable, and the extra bump in top speed is pretty nice.

For the clutch brake, I used some cabling from an old girls bike someone left out on trash night. Works great!

Lastly, I bought some red sparkle vinyl on Amazon and my sister in law did a great job sewing a new cover based off the old crispy one. I adhered a memory foam layer (remnant from a mattress topper we bought for our pop-up camper and had to cut down) to the top of the old broken down seat foam and reshaped it for proper fitment. Came out nice!
