I am looking to purchase an early 1970s Allis-Chalmers mini/trail bike to add to my Allis collection. I prefer one that comes with a running original engine, but am open to the right bike. Let me know what you have and what you are looking to get for it.
My budget is completely dependent on the condition of the bike. I spend 1/2 the year in Michigans upper peninsula and 1/2 the year in southern Indiana.
Makes sense. Does it have to be an Allis branded Gilson? The decals are available repro, and there's a ton of Gilson trail bikes out there.
