I’ll try this again. I tested for spark and no luck. I used a piece of wire to route along the old throttle cable and then removed it and placed it on the floor so I could measure it. The trick worked great.

Has anyone done the research to know what the part number is for the axle seals, jack shaft bearings, and front fork bearings for a EL Burro Sand N Snow. The AmphiKitty is based off the EL Burro if you know the numbers and will share that would be great. I bought a EL Burro for parts a few years ago. I did not enter that one in the build off but the more I look at it the more I want to get it going as well. I am missing one front aluminum axle spacer and both aluminum axle spacers for the rear. If you have any that you would sell please let me know. That will save me from making new ones. I have attached some photos for reference. Question for anyone who might know. The original engine on my Amphikittly is a 5hp Briggs and Stratton manufactured June 24th 1969 The engine has a simple points and condenser system. In the factory brochure, the photos show a headlight on the Amphikitty. Mine did not have the headlight on it, nor does the engine have a lighting coil to power a light. I am considering replicating the headlight assembly shown in the factory brochure. Is it possible to add a lighting coil to my engine? I seen on eBay that someone had a engine for a Dune Cycle 3 wheeler with a "Rare" lighting coil.
Any help is appreciated.

Getting ready to order new throttle and break levers along with a new clutch, break band, and chain. What’s the saying, measure twice, order and cut once? 97193D78-BA4E-4CD5-886D-97A32F4E0B17.jpeg 627C8D82-602E-483F-A476-2F2FD9F636B4.jpeg 917A395E-D99C-43D4-956E-B57844FF1BB8.jpeg 13CF56FE-0C96-4F07-9A0D-4192F17234CF.jpeg

Power washed the frame and took it to a friends shop to have the decals made for the headlight cover and the serial number sticker.
They just sent me the rendering and it looks great! I am also working with another guy on the Amphicat logo that is on the front fender.

I received my decals for the AmphiKitty and they look great! I will post a few photos below of the decals and of the original sales brochure. Now that I have the frame back and can start sandblasting and get it ready for paint. I also picked up some parts for the engine Friday. I may have solved the lighting coil mystery. More to come on that subject. I hope everyone is able to get some progress done on their projects this weekend.
