so I've purchased a fat tire kit image.jpg
the frame and forks are straight, the welds are pretty good image.jpg
I used a lathe to make the axle spacers spot on

frame back from the powder coater, it's a bit darker than the sample
making a 1-1/4" spacer to fit under the adjustable engine plate

Mike R. you Bad Dog you!

What engine you sportin' in that thing? Do you have to raise the engine to fit the TAV? Do you have to use with an adjustable engine plate too? What are the tire sizes, I have 22x11x8". What color?

So far so good, I likey. More pics please:thumbsup:

buttoning it up today, the tire size is 20-8-7
i had the winning bid on a comet tav, i had also picked up a 9t pinion sprocket and a few springs to tune the tav
to work for me, as I will be using it in the pastures and trails in the ozarks

the subi is a few cc's less. and it's really quiet and smooth, the bike will get the front tire off the ground, when you jab the throttle from a dead stop.
I'm really pleased with the way it turned out, it goes up some really steep and rough stuff.

a hill of shame, this is pretty steep, getting up under power was not a problem,
I had to walk the BD down after the pic, too steep to take off from a dead stop.
been adjusting the tire pressures for traction and ride.
