kinda looks home made by somebody that had a clue. the headtube looks like a bicycle and all the bends look like they were done with a brake rotor (personally done plenty). it does have some age on it
Home built, note the old knee action shocks from an old car grafted to the forks. I think I've seen this bike before parked next to a ton of other minis in another thread.
