Bird with Toyoco fenders and wheels and Speaker headlight, should have seat shocks and a pivot on the front of the seat. Quite a hodge podge of parts. I'm still trying to figure out that shrouded engine, looks like maybe a Lawson snow blower engine modified much like the rest of the bike.

Maybe a Kohler engine :shrug: those wheels look like Manco's to me.
