Anybody recognize this Bell System tool.

I haven’t had any luck figuring this thing out. Something to do with telephone wiring l imagine. The attached 1/2 Proto ratchet is part of the tool.

I swear I googled 30 different combinations of descriptors and looked at all the images and got zilch.

To use Google Images, I believe you need have a gmail account and it will allow you to search via an image rather than descriptors.
