WOW..Looks like they moved it this year..
Monroe County Fairgrounds are about 20 minutes from me, out on M-50(Custer Rd), Mostly a farming community, and pretty clean with little to no bullshit to deal with..Their county fair in August is really cool, 4H, FFA stuff and tractor pulls/ derby cars. lots of room, I'll bet it draws a bigger crowd being down there..I'm gonna do my best to make that one, I like the area MUCH more than the previous venue..
Also, it only short run into town to get to restaurants /shopping

I'm ready for an event. Ready to downsize on some of my spare parts, too. Could call it a success if I broke even on gas, I suppose. Four and a half hour drive.

Great show and swapmeet, worth the drive. Went last year and will definitely be going back.

I didnt get a chance to really walk around and take pics as i was a 1-man show attending my swap spot. But i will say that i was impressed with the show. the bikes were beautiful and the swap meet was pretty good sized and diverse. If its at the same location next year, i'll be there!

i did not like this new location. maybe it was the bicycle stuff that threw me, but it seems a lot smaller than the dedicated property that was used last year. it just did not feel as good as having a solo act facility. maybe the numbers were better for the promoter though, because the bicycle crowd was there? i don't know how that worked. also this new location is pretty far from the Metro Detroit area, a lot further than prior shows. and the bikes inside were not as cool, at least to me. but admittedly, my tastes are probably different than most. the inside building seemed smaller too, aisles very narrow. and the address on the flyer for the show was incorrect too. My waze app did not like that. had to do a search to get the proper address. ha!
