Great advice above , from some of our master builders.
For now , remove the chain , so the stuck clutch doesn't impede your attemps to get the motor going.
Get your motor going , replace the clutch
@Jim Donovan , and a new chain , and you'll be set for some fun !

By the way , that's a great find. It appears to be complete , and original.
In other words , don't go spray painting it ... lol.
