Arco Mini Bike build

#1
It's taken awhile to post pictures as the build has been completed for a couple months but here they are! With the help of a good friend and many fun weekends, we were able to restore this old Alexander Reynolds Corp. (Arco) mini bike that was given to me when I was 8...roughly 23 years ago.

Picture from 1996... sometime around when it was given to me.

After sitting for years, missing parts and pieces, waiting to be brought back to life!

The finished project!

I have pictures from the build that I can post later as well as some of the build details and custom parts that were fabricated.
Thanks for looking!

That mini is slick as all get-out my friend! Clutch cover, tank, paint,
restoration magic.
Can you guess what we used as the clutch cover?? ;)

And thank you for the compliments, it was awesome being able to bring my childhood mini back to life!

Everything you see that's maroon, including the frame, has been powder coated. As well as the custom chain tensioner, kick stand and sprocket.

A chrome-top air filter wood look good on your motor.
There are still upgrades being made and I think the chrome filter would add a great touch! I have a smaller rear sprocket to see what I can get out of the top end but haven't installed it yet. Will post more pictures later.
