Are Doodlebugs Made Anymore?

#1
I am wondering if the doodlebug is made anymore. If not did it reincarnate into a different bike like the MM B80/105--> Coleman RB100U?

No baja doesnt make them anymore. There very popular mini bikes so theres plenty out there. The closest thing i believe thats out there is the coleman CT100u with 3hp motor. Its a pretty similar minibike

The Coleman CC100X is the 2nd gen Baja Doodle Bug resurrected.

The much cooler 1st gen Doodle Bug has not been resurrected, yet, as far as I know. The Coleman CT100U looks similar but, as @Strigoi mentioned, is not the same.

The Coleman RB100 & RT100 (Realtree camo) are the Monster/Mega Moto MM-B105 resurrected.

The larger Coleman RB200 & RT200 are basically the MM-B212 Pro Series frame but equipped like the 212 Max (no front brake, no CVT) and they have a 196cc engine.

Kinda strange that new Coleman models show up on the Walmart site long before the Coleman site...

GPS sells the MM-B212 Pro Series as a kit that includes everything except an engine, and a couple of small-frame rollers.

GI Joe's was a sports/auto store chain in my area. In 1952 GI Joe's started in Portland, Ore., selling army surplus items out of a tent. In time they became the largest regional retailer of sporting goods, camping equipment and auto parts. with nearly twenty stores. A decision to move into power sports came in the early 2000s. They sold DBs and Chinese dirt bikes and ATVs. This was part of a larger loss of direction for the company. GI Joe's was sold to an investment group in 2007 and ultimately they shuttered in 2009. In the end days when Joe's was liquidating inventory they had DBs still in the box with a big price markdown. I waited too long and by the time I got there the cupboard was bare. Dick's Sporting Goods now occupies many of the former GI Joe's stores.
