we bought ours for 200 bucks not running but all there and with the plastics and in good condition.
part of the upgrades was a honda 3 wheeler front end, which improves it quite a bit.
its basically a Camping bike, overall, not exactly a swift cat by any means.
I upgraded mine with hydraulic front and rear brakes and relocated some folding footpegs , running a 6.5 clone
I got mine cheap and did the upgrades from stuff I had
I wouldnt let mine go for less than $750 but all minis are rare here in Nova Scotia
