Are these bars motorcycle parts?

I purchased this grab bar for the turn signals. The seller didn’t know what bike it was from. I’m pretty sure I’ve figured that out, but I welcome your guesses. What i’d really like to know is if the bars in pic 2 are from the same bike, or even from a bike at all. What do you think? Thanks

Me neither. I also don’t think those red lenses go to this either. I think it takes the tall lenses like the ones I’ve attached. The bulb sockets are also missing. I plan on swapping some used 6v sockets in from a couple rusty housings I have. At least that’s the plan.
