ARGYLE folding aluminum mini bike on eBay

A real neat old mostly aluminum folding mini bike. Has to be 50’s from the look it. Wow! By Creative Industries called an Argyle. I remember going to a Joey Chitwood Auto Trill Show at a county fair in 1959, and show clown rode one of these. Part of the joke was it quit running, would not start, so he folded it up and carried it off. For 10 year old me, it could not get any better.

These first small fold up mini bikes were meant to pack into planes and on boats. Alaska has many of both. I’ll bet it has an interesting story if we could find the past owners.
