Barn find Rupp

Picked up this little guy yesterday.
I don't know much about Rupps from not having owned one until now.
I think it's an Enduro.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is the engine original / correct? Can someone decode it for me?
It has everything except the chain guard I think.

Yup, 1970 Rupp. External front springs is 1970.

it's weird how the motor blower housing has a 3.5hp sticker but the tecumseh tag indicates hs40 (4hp). also should have a diaphragm carb i would think. 1970 Rupp Enduro.

My guess is the shroud was replaced but they at least had the common sense to swap the tag. And yes, it should have a diaphragm carb on it
