Been catching up on my R/C Aircraft projects & flying ,, this season.

Some more crappy pics,,, of most my modded WWII German line.

First is my tier 6 early production Tiger1.

2nd is my early production ''epic'' Jagd Panther,, with the high velocity L71- '88'' .

3rd,, is of my early production Panther,, with the high velocity L70 -''75''.

The Panthers rip pretty good,, but the 2 Tigers are lumbering slugs,, even with all the power & suspension upgrades ...

The Tiger not pictured,, is a late model, with a modded L71 ''88'',, which is basically the same gun as the early production Tiger II.

''Finally'' hit of 10K damage !!

Did it with my ''Racketen JagdPanzer''.

This has duel Rocket launchers,, & fires wire guided Rockets.
They can actually go around corners, rocks,, hills,,, & buildings ect.,, just have to steer them,, with keeping targets lined up ..

They do ''a lot'' of damage,, as long as the game ''AI'' doesn't mess with things,, which it does ''a lot'',, & also really pisses me off !!

The ''AI'' likes to block targets,, & also blow them up ect. ect. ,,, pretty much right when I fire ect. ..

Rockets take awhile to reload also,, & you just basically sit there for 1/2 the battle,, while they do so,, as you don't have any secondary weapons to use while reloading,, like other higher tier platforms have,, which I will start getting next,, like the Marder 1A1 ,, & Beglit Panzer ..

I like putting the WWII German crosses on most my ''post war'' German line,, as I always thought those were cool,, & also look great on German Cold War stuff.

Big custom aluminum chassis and all metal transmission will hopefully hold
up to a massive 2.5 t-Rex engine.


I have one full transmission rebuild in house so if the t-rex destroys it I can rebuild get an ESC and go electric.

Yea,, am going on 2 years in World of Tanks.
It's a ''very'' rigged game,, & definitely a love/hate relationship.
Am actually ranked in the top 16% World wide though .
Haven't done much for R/C this season yet though,, except for Slope Soaring 1 time up @ Mt. Trashmore,, back in late May.
It was really good,, & total air time with 4 Planes,, was around 1.5 hrs.,, with most of that ,, ''unpowered''
I'll get back into more flying & some other R/C stuff,, in the later Fall,, when the temps. get down into the upper 60's & mid 70's.
Don't handle heat very well anymore,, with my age & stuff.

Seen that Vid like a year ago,, & it is a pretty cool set up !
I play mine through a Hot rodded & massaged PS4 Pro,, with a 1 TB SSD,,& sharing an Omen PC gaming Monitor with my PC Desktop.
The Wifey does ''a lot'' of World wide streaming also,, & we have pretty much top shelf Internet stuff ''for the area'' to make things run as fast as possible.
A real good upload speed on a PS4 Pro, is actually around 5mbps,, & I'am actually averaging around 6.5mbps,,& seeing up to 8.5 once in a while !
Uploads averages on the P/C & Her stuff,, is around 62.5,, with downloads around 800 !!

Yea,, there is ''a lot'' of Chicks from all over the World that play it also,, & some of them are pretty darn good !

I can finally finish the custom build up. There are lots of custom chassis. I’ve never seen on quite like this.

Here's a pic again of my Rlaarlo 10th scale 917K.

These a few years back,, were the fastest 10th scale on road ''production'' electric R/C cars in the world.
Last I looked,, the record with them on 4s,, was around 134mph !
I 've only run mine on 2s so far,, & don't even have the throttle gain all the way up ,, & it's still doing close to 60 !
Rlaarlo actually gave me a 3s pack for it also,, & some other goodies,, because I promoted it on RC groups a few years back.
Chassis & plate on this is ''thick'' carbon,, & it has a bunch more of it elsewhere also.

You would basically need a ''smooth'' abandoned runway,, to speed run it on 4 s,, which would be a frigg'n blur !
It's actually pretty heavy for it size,, & heavier than you would think it would be,, but it has to be,, to keep it planted on the ground !

Just checked the latest speed record for the Rlaarlo 917k,, & it's 188mph !

I don't put up You tube vids,, but if someone could find one of that speed run & post it here,, that would be cool !

Yea,, sure is Mark,, & It's pretty much a blur to me when it's ''only'' doing 60mph !
I have steering ''Gyro'' stabilization on it also.,, that's integrated with the receiver & works with the steering channel.
Someday,, I'll try that 3s pack Rlaarlo gave me,, when I get a wild hair & also find a runway or super smooth paved back road stretch.
It should easily do 85+ with that pack .
Rlaarlo actually calls it the ''AK 917'',, but it's basically a Porsche 917k.,, which won Le Mans in 70' & 71'',, & is ''still'' 55+ years later,, pretty much as fast as most the current LeMans cars are.
Porsche didn't use any gear chains on those engines @ all,, & they were 100% ''bullet proof'' gear drives .
''Timeless'' mechanical masterpieces those Cars are,, & I think they are ''still'' the ''baddest'' Le Mans race cars ''ever'' made..

Here's a pic of a real one,, & also a screen shot of my ''highly massaged'' one in my ''GT7'' game,, going ''over'' 220MPH on the long stretch @ Le Mans .
The ''in game'' one, was just a screen shot I took of it - on my ''old'' monitor, ''with my $#itty old camera'', & with ''also'' just running a reg. PS4 slim,, & it still looks about frigg'n real !
You can also notice who is ''way'' out front,, & pulling away,, & also running against some of the current ones !!
Am going to load that game back in this winter,, & with now having a ''massaged'' PS4 ''pro'',, & an HP Omen PC gaming monitor , ,that I share also with the PC,, via switches ..
Am think'n that it should look absolutely stunning,, & also play a whole new level,, plus loading faster,, ''with the SSD upgrade'', & also ''smoother'' ect.

Just did an interesting calculation..

That current record with the AK 917 @ ''actual'' 188mph,, & in10th scale speed,, would be 1880mph,, & ''Mach'' 2.45 !

Also did another interesting calculation.

In my World of Tanks game,, there is a Tank that in ''actual real life'',, that can fire like a 120mm round @ 6,496 ft. per second !
That comes out to a Mach number of '' actual'' Mach 5.82,, & travels about 1.2 miles in ''one second'' !
I've talked to Ex Military Guys about this,, that also saw action,, & one of them even being an M1 Commander that I used to work with,, & they basically told me,, if a 120mm round going that fast, & even within 50+ yards of you ''going by & out in the open'',, would literally rip your cloths & skin right off your body !!
Now that definitely takes a - mind ''F'' - to a whole new level !
