Bird T-bird replacement wheels

Since I'm way into a complete overhaul of Tweety Bird, thinking maybe I should upgrade the wheels. I do like the original spoke type, but mine have seen better days. At higher speeds they tend to wobble, even with new tires and bearings, plus they were pitted up pretty bad when I got them.

Anyone know of like kind replacements 10" using a 10 x 250 tire, or if something like the Azusa wheels OldMiniBikes sell would work?

Oh and this is a Bird Thunderbird, not a Manco.

Sweet! Did you need any adapters for the rear sprocket?
And what size/brand tire are you running?

Yeah, I am in the process of adding washers to get the exact spacing to line up with the clutch. I'll get the measurement and find/make/ or have a machine shop make up some adaptors. The tire size is 3.50-10 from what I can remember. I run that size on all my 10 in tires. Tom

Thanks Tom. I wasn't sure if the 3.50 tire would work but it looks great on your bike. Let me know what you come up with spacer wise.
