I think I'd be concerned, too. Pics posted are of pics on a cellphone, no description at all, and as was mentioned, no feedback. Enough red flags there to be real cautious.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Make an offer through eBay, PayPal the transaction, and take a big strong friend when picking it up! payPal and the big strong friend will keep you safe!
eBay and PayPal always are leaning towards the buyer and not the seller. Use that to your advantage. I would not hesitate if I was in Chi-Ca-Go
