The shocks really showed their age. A little paint, polish, and Chrome outer springs and now they are ready!

like a diamond Sparkling in the Sand.

Man, I was just trying to figure out what these shocks were supposed to look like, and I came across this old thread from Joe. What luck, thanks for the great pics Joe! I'm close to finishing my BC1500SH and needed this info for the shocks.

Almost done with my BC1300 and BC1500SH. I know this pic has the wrong rear shocks on the 1500. I have the originals, but they're junk, that's why I was grateful to find your build thread. Joe, that's a nice piece! (I also know my shop ain't as nice as yours!)
