Bonanza MX fiberglass fenders

very nice Mr Ed:thumbsup: i know we have discussed this in the past, but are you vacuum baging these? me memory not to good these days. peel ply, ted-lare, breather cloth, and bag? oh i miss building boats and doing that every day. i still have a nice piece of carbon fiber ive been holding onto untill i figure out what i want to make with it. any ways nice job omce again:thumbsup:

All hand laid, no vacuum bagging !

I was referring to the material airbags are made from, Kevlar. My buddy uses them when he makes stuff out of fiberglass (instead of 'glass matting):smile:

Alot of people have been asking me to make these fenders in fiberglass. Here is the first rear fender out of the mold. Still needs to be trimmed up.The front fender will be the same fender but shortened up a bit. Thanks George 3 for use of the original fender to make the mold !
I think Dave Miller makes these and sells them for $150.00 for the pair, mine should be alot cheaper. You will need to make your own brackets or use originals.

Are you still making these fenders? Like too get a pair for my MX restore project.
