Late 1968 bonanza started using the larger raised letter badge. That was used up too 1970 until the MX, MB and CR series came out. The light bolt badges where use from 63 ( estimate) when they started making bonanza mini bike to around 66. In 1967 they started with the small bonanza badge unit late 68. I hope this help.
