Bonanza slop problem

I have a Bonanza BC1100 and have noticed alot of slop in the steer tube area in the front end. Its tight but it has alot of back to front slop. Does anyone else have this problem?

I also have a problem with the front suspension. The springs dont move and i have tried to take them out of the fork. They wont budge no matter what I do. Is there a trick to getting these things out?:shrug:

Post it in General Mini Bike, sounds like you need new bushings, go to the OldMiniBikes store under bushings.

Could be that. Or the hole in the top triple tree plate is wollered out.:shrug:
