Brake Cable Replacement( General Appliance MW Bike)

Hello All,
Can anyone tell when I can get a good quality replacement cable for the brakes on my 1971 Montomery Wards bike l want to either reuse the existing cable or get a good quality replacement. No sure if I will be able to get the molded end section on the new cable.

You could try this one. It is threaded and has the end for the brake lever already on it.
