Briggs and Stratton 3 hp engine

Briggs and Stratton 3hp engine. I can get it to start on starting fluid but cannot keep it running. So it is going to need a carb clean and some fresh gas. Looking for $50 or trades for parts, like gx parts exhaust air filter, trail horse parts, round gas tank ?
