Briggs and stratton 5 hp torque specs

I have a 5 hp Briggs that I'd like to rebuild , model number is 135202, I was wondering if any of you had the manual that includes the torque specs thanks

I saw this one previously, I'm quite surprised to not be able to find a technicians manual it should be common for an engine model this popular
