There are spec charts all over the web or you can buy one on ebay for a reasonable price.

I was right, that book is for engines built after 1982.

Briggs Tech Manual is no longer needed.

Your welcome and you never asked about pre-1981 engines.
The briggs 5hp changed very little from beginning to end production.
