Built Square Minibike,Go Kart & Other Projects

#1
Hi

I have come around to designing with square tubing

Also making the frames rectangular

They come out like prototypes and mules

A mule to test where things will be placed

Engines, axles etc.

Have a nice day

I have built some projects using 1 inch square tubing. Much easier than bending round tubing.
I set my bandsaw at 45 degrees and everything fit nicely.

I but welded a round tube minibike with all 90* bends except the neck tube. Square tube or round it can be molded to what you want pretty easy.

Just curious, but can you describe a spark plug with a resistor for me please?
Did you mean to post this here? In any case, a resistor plug is a plug with an internal resistor built-in to reduce radio frequency interference that can affect electronic components. See NGK BPR6ES plug vs. a BP6ES plug for a Honda clone engine. Same plug, but one is a resistor plug and the other isn’t.

Thanks for pointing that out. I do not remember posting that, and I don't remember even thinking that.
Maybe my son knows...
