If this is it any HS Tecumseh (3 to 5 horse) motor will work fine :thumbsup:

A Briggs engine like the above post minibike has. (2-4HP) they are not huge like the 5HP engines, or a Tecumseh.

The briggs option will be cheaper.

you want it to be a little zippy.

Would put a nice 5 or 5.5 briggs flathead (satin black) $50-75. And it will look classic. or a 5hp Tecumseh would be cheap

Geared properly 3hp is plenty zippy but they are not world shakers, some minibikes do not have the frame space to fit a fiver. Since the frame is articulated a 5hp briggs may be too tight in a All American El Tigre.
