Can this Manco(?) wheel be used as a rear wheel?

I have this Manco (I think) wheel and was wondering if it is suitable as a rear wheel. I dismissed it in the past thinking the tabs would just brake off, what do you think?
Thanks. 1.jpg

I should add, I have this wheel too (Powerdyne?). I guess would be 6 mounting bolts, if it would work.

I think you can drill and tap the Manco to take a sprocket. I’ve never done it since my Manco did not come with stock rear wheel.

But the 6 inner holes in your pic I think they just drilled & tapped from the factory people have done it i’m sure someone will speak up

I have had front wheels that I was able to drill and tap with a 5/16 bit. Just go slow and take you time, it can be done.
