Can you ID this mini?

This is a Mini a Member of our car club picked up here in STL.

It Looks to be in Good shape other than a few little things.

What brand is it, anyone know? I have saw them before somewhere but Im drawing a blank..

I already gave it a go.
It looks like a newer frame,
and not vintage, definately not Taco.

If Im Correct I remembr the guy saying the Frame had been in that family for over 25 years and they got it used.

Thats old enough to be called vintage in my book
