picked up my neck bushings ,posted a pic of the two sizes ,67 and down 11/16, 68 and up 7/8,there was no bushings in my neck and it was flared out,heated up the neck worked it in with hammer ,shrunk it down by heating and cooling with wet rag then honed it out using a coat hanger folded over sandpaper and air drill

Nice work! Where did you find the bushings? I have looked at princess auto but no luck--thanks.
Not to hi-jack...I got mine in the loose hardware section at my True Value. Also, Lowes and Home Depot carry them. However, call first to verify they are in the drawer. I went to 3 Lowes and a Home Depot which all showed stock online only to find empty plastic bags.

Whew, glad somebody else had to do the same thing...mine had 3/4 copper pipe as a sleeve. Nice handiwork!

Wow! That seemed like a fast turn around on the chrome. I love chrome. Looks great!
average time is three days ,no polishing to do just a matter of hanging it and 20 min. its done.when there is no polishing to do it reduces your cost about 80%.couple of times I have dropped off in morning and ready in afternoon.
