I think it's a R3002. Being that rare, I gotta be the first to ask "what's it worth".::innocent:



There are some brochure pics in the CAT owners group that show a yellow 300 model like that one.

He sent me the #'s and it is a 69'. (original Briggs as well) This would make it a 300SS. It has a caliper brake. (the R3002 has an internal expanding)

The 300SS was never in a brochure and seems to be a bit of an anomaly.

Those folding pegs throw me off everytime. I'm so use to the 69's having the welded straight peg. Is it a 300TT or 300SS? I sold my 300TT to Havasu Dave - a 1969, same yellow color, disc brake, chrome bars but it had straight pegs.

My first was a 1969 HPE Muskin Cat 400X with a black 4hp briggs got it on Xmas 1969 mine had folding foot pegs.

This is another members but this is how I remember mine.
