I don't think that i's a ccs bike, it ha's noNE of of the characteristics of one besides the seat. Ccs had ruttman make there frames in there few years of production and it looks nothing like I've ever seen. Feel free to join my Facebook page central cycle supply. I have compiled every photo of ccs bikes I have been able to find, as well as any of the information I have been able to find.

It looks more like a huskie or Asian than American. You cannot usually identify something by a seat or any individual part. You have to start with the frame and fact check that every other part is correct. An example of this is that I have a bonanza chopper at home that has a Gemini seat on it. I know it's not a Gemini.
