Centrifigal clutch: Masters of motion

#2
They're Hilliards. I used one on a Briggs Intek, and had no problems whatsoever. I've heard of them flying apart, etc., but some people could break a bowling ball with a banana.

Like jimh said there Hilliards, Look at the small print on the package and when you pull it from the package it says Hilliard on the clutch. They work good, I like them better than the Max torques i have.

Every hillard clutch i have ever owned has had problems with the built-in key breaking right out of it, ive returned them and got new ones, but still the same problems...i dont recommend them at all...Max Torque clutches have a lot more grip also.

jimh, did you have a problem with the built in key?

I thought they looked like a hilliard because of the swirly springs inside.

There are clutches Tractor supply sells for the baja's but I dont remember them hacving a name, anyone familiar with them also?
