Clone (Carroll Stream Engine Co) running lean

Hello
My CS 6.5HP clone runs lean and needs to be choked nearly every time I start it.
I've heard they run much better with fatter jets in them.
I also if richer jets will allow it to start better without having to use the dang choke
(even when warmed up).
Can anybody enlighten me as to what jets to use, and where to get them??

With stock airbox and exhaust, 1 size up should do it. Another 2 steps with pipe/filter.

I'd do both. A little fat on the bottom helps smooth the lean spot when the throttle is snapped open and the main hasn't started flowing.
