CT70 clone

Since Honda, clone, and Chinese all apply, does this bike qualify for inclusion in OldMiniBikes? I think of it as a mini, as much as my 212 Doodlebug and Heald
But electric start and street legal are pluses for me as it is my "emergency backup" for a car for getting around. Look forward to trying it on dirt trails in a couple of weeks.
Just picked it up. It's a 2006 Lifan 110 with 185 miles. Everything works.

I had a Lifan 110 and it ran great! I got rid of the stock air box for a K&N type and upgraded the shocks with adjustable ones from Trail Buddy.

Looks good! Pitster Pro has a couple of similar models, upgraded a bit with a 125cc engine and disc front brake; one has an inverted fork and reservoir shocks. I prefer the look of the 10" wheels of the cheaper model, but prefer the high-mount front fender of the more expensive one.

Congrats on the CT clone. The Lifan motors run just as good as the Honda's in my opinion. A little care and maintenance, they last a long time. I put a 125cc Lifan's in these little Honda's. 20190416_125019_Burst01-1.jpg

I owned one of the "Rupp" (that didnt last long :D) ones and had it titled and rode it all over for about a year. It was a 90cc manual shift kick start only. after some gear and tire changes it was pretty capable around town and on the trails. It would wear you out on long rides though (30-50 miles). I was looking into better shocks/dampeners for it because of that. It was a little too big for my camper at the time (VW/Westfalia) so I downsized to a Diblasi folding suitcase scooter. It was a fun bike to have The clone/Rupp, I miss it.
