This is my 2013 OldMiniBikes build off bike. A little while back I stripped and painted it, and went to 21” tires and a 72t rear sprocket. After putting a few off road miles on it, I wanted to upgrade the brakes. The rear drum was always a bit weak but the bigger tires made it even less effective. Parking lot testing went great yesterday, so I’ll head out to the desert today for some real riding. If all goes well I’ll powder coat the caliper bracket and call it done again.......for now.
Started as a 2006 Tomberlin Firehawk. Stretched frame 6”, added real tank and tractor seat on a leaf spring. Still running the original engine, with the only mod being a mikuni slide carb.
