Not sure. KInda looks like one of those Tiwan bikes. Pretty sure that is a Yamaha muffler.

At first Thought a Beneli but now I'm leaning towards a Deltek Swinger (?). Thanks guys for the input.

They were supposedly called "Ram jet" with the 2 stroke robin engines. they were sold by minico from what I have seen, you see the "trail jet" version more which looks to probably be the same bike only they plugged a 4 stroke horizontal mill in them instead. can find a nice example of one on youtube actually.

More like this, with the skid plate, header inside the frame/engine in rearward location, Z50 style tank, dual pegs, and centrifugal clutch ....
