We had the same problem. I bought two single shot 20 gauge shotguns for myself and my son.
We had fun, and the problem was eradicated.

The quality of even the top name brands seems to have gone down.
I've had several brand new cans that I have not been able to empty.
And a used can that's months old, that I am sure the nozzle was clean before storing, forget it.
But that doesn't mean that don't have a couple dozen half empty cans in my storage cabinet!

You can buy just the nozzles. They are pretty-inexpensive. Google "Spray Can Nozzles" and there are a ton of places that sell just them. I bought some a while back for the same reason you need them except I didn't have quite as many missing as you do.
