Early 3 hp Aluminum Flywheel,,

Hey guys, any of us play with the 2 - 3 Hp aliminum flywheel more less question of advantage or disavantage for the cast iron or this aluminum? We are building a 3HP for a mini bike as we speak and I have this question?This early Flywheel is early 50s with 4 leg coil,,Zippy with this lighter flywheel,,

There are a few people here that don't trust the aluminum flywheels. I think one from the 50's would need to be inspected really well. It may also be from a vertical shaft engine and may have a different balance.
I have a brand new 3HP sized Briggs flywheel you can have for the cost of a flat rate box! This is a late style for use without the points style ignition

sorry for delay we were riding tote gotes and mini bikes,HAHA, We used it on the Blazer and smooth no balance problem,, And yes it is a 4 post coil version...
