EBay cheap Torque Convertors

How many of you have used or are using one of the cheapo Torque Convertors like Ebay sellesr have?.....$60 or so..
Do they last long?...I'm 200 lbs..so.....lol..
A lot of it would prob be based on the Gear Ration of the rear Sprocket?

I haven't heard of anyone having a problem. Some big guys using those. Lol.

I use them. both the series30 and series20 versions. Have not had any problems with them. but i'm not running big block engines, more 'normal' size stuff.

Mine have been good. Others complain the chinese belts burn up quick you should upgrade to quality belt. I havnt had that problem but my bikes are geared low most people like a high top speed.

What bike are you going to put one on? How tall is the tire?

Well...The Tire will be around 16" Tall.....The Bike in theis Pic....Not with that Little Front wheel though..lol

Yea youll will be fine with the 30 series clone. Id reccomend you take your current gear ratio and factor in the overdrive that these 30 series have. If you were running 6 to 1 ratio with the clutch youd be running a 5.4 to 1 overdrive ratio with the 30 series. You might not hit maximum speed with a tall gear so feel it out and replace the rear if needed

Get a Belt Palace replacement belt or an original Comet belt.

I am not sure Dayco even makes a belt for these. Oddly enough they don't make one for my Ferris zero turn....

Hmmmm....Wouldn't surprise me......Really? no Belt for a Commercial Unit?....their losing out!
