Ever Seen This Trike / Three-Wheeler?

I've done a pretty exhaustive search but can't find a trike / three-wheeler with this particular frame. It has a Tecumseh and seat similar to the Dune Cycle but no other identifiers as to the manufacturer. If it's a homebuilt, the engineering is outstanding. 20241201_133607.jpg

Front wheel looks like a gilson. I'd try looking at montgomery wards trikes since gilson brothers made some minibikes for them.
I searched all the MW / Gilson "Terrain Cycle" models and they all feature a single tubular section between the front and rear wheels whereas this trike uses a twin tube setup. Gilson's also had a loop frame for the foot rests instead of standard mini bike style bar found here.

It definitely looks to be a late 70's or early 80's based on the beefed up frame. I can't find any consumer three wheeler with this size tubing.

You need to name this Trike "The Gov't Job"
That's what workers in factories used to call personal projects done on company time with usually scrap/leftover pieces of metal to make Toys/tools/gadgets.
Usually the boss turns a blind eye (or it's their project). At least that was my and friends of mine who did some time in factories experience,
YMMV

So it's factory built, but scratch built.
My friend used to crank out in destructible Christmas tree holders. Plate steel from Railroad Car factory.
Tree was never going to fall over :)
Anyway Nice Trike!

I was in charge of waste water and bag houses….i had the maintenance shop designing several items for the waste water building that resembled stainless mini bike parts….they taught me how to run the lathe, milling machines, etc….it was never an issue….mid night guys were the best….

We called ’em “G Jobs”. I was a government, civil servant, working in the fabrication section of a defense airport. We all had a “home project” in our locker. This one looks “mass” produced, to me. Either that, or I wish the guy was in my shop. Cool ride!
