I would like to know more about it . My son has a hard time pull starting his mini. Would it bolt up to a tecumseh hs40?

I am not sure it will bolt up but i think it will.you would also need a new starter cup on engine for this to work. Remeber as i stated it is not working and good for parts or display or if some one is handy possibly rebuild it. thanks mr fuss

The shaft where the retaining clip goes looks to be damaged.

oh yea, looks like it is a little short (broken off) so clip will not clip so well.

You can get the nos shells for $50 on blackwidow.
