Faulty fuel cap problem.

Never overlook a faulty fuel cap.. As is top vents holes.
A 80202 is the engine and surging and fuel flooding around everything was the problem.
Money was spent on complete carburetor kit.gaskets . Still had surge and flooding. ..
Long story short fuel tank was building tons of pressure and caused these problems..
This seems to be a neat Briggs fuel cap but it had the circular leather seal blocking the vents holes for the main cap seal. ..seen in photo everybody take note...
