so I got a new crankshaft, piston, connecting rod, and put it all in the case. put in the crankshaft, balancing shaft, camshaft. all dots lined up perfectly. torque connecting rod to 10 ft lbs (actually i did 120 inch pounds. lol.)
Today I am re attaching the head, the flywheel, and the carburetor.
I rebuilt the carb from a youtube video on how to rebuild a carb.
then I'm gonna connect the pull string, and gas tank, and fire it up! I'm gonna leave the muffler off just in case I have to open something back up again.
When my project is finished (it's a rototiller by the way) I'll be sure to post lots of pictures!
Any advice on my final motor assembly? I can't wait to put it all back together and hear it fire right up!
